This movie revolves around a girl who ends up from being the unluckiest to the luckiest all with the flick of a single coin.

But flick is of a wand no? flip of a coin in her case is more suitable as her life changes with the presence of a coin and its absence shatters her hopes and dreams all in a wink. As u guessed, the coin is a magical one which comes from the world of elves and pixies and goblins and goblets. Supposedly this world distributes good and bad luck all over the universe and is ruled or headed by a dragon who in her mighty ways control the humans by deciding whether they have good or bad luck. This world is beautifully divided into an upper good half and a lower upside down bad luck half where all the bad luck scenarios are picked out.

                                            

Now coming back to this girl… yes she is a foster commoner but when she shifts into her own apartment at the age of 18 she suddenly finds her world turned upside down by bad luck. However, an incredible turn of events come into place when a simple black cat thought to bring bad luck everywhere suddenly brings her all the good luck in this world… a simple lucky penny. This penny by accident gets from the cat to the girl who discovers its super powers and then things get bad when she loses it.

But alas she follows the cat into the magic world where she discovers how millions of luck pennies are made and she badly wants one as her friend back in the foster home has to get adopted and so wants to complete that task at peace.

Many happening and enchanting events happen as she travels through the unknown world of luck but the main twist comes towards the end when the entire world gets driven into bad luck as only that is left behind in a wild effort to get more good luck. Alas not only does she now have to save the world from bad luck but has to get good luck from a tiny crystal left into a full bloom back.

This has to be done to restore order and peace back into the world of humans and also to revive the originality of the movie. Apart from the plot the movie also gives light onto the essential need of love for adopting foster kids and also on the need for friendship may it be between humans themselves or humans and their pets.

The director has done commendable justice to this animated series but the real credit goes to the writer for writing this incredible piece of story and also for thinking about this storyline. Apart from the turning roller coaster events of the movie it introduces us to how there may be possibilities of another world or dimension opening into this world and how entirely what u do is not dependent on your efforts but also on how your luck turn your life sideways unexpectedly.
